Video examples

Here are some examples of what a Direct Examination, Cross Examination, and a Closing Argument would look like. Attached below are each witness type: character, expert and sympathy. Please see “The Roles” page for more information on each role in Mock Trial.

This is a Closing Argument for the Defense. The Closing Attorney will make use of a visual aid, and move around the frame.

This is a Direct Examination of a character witness. The witness is seated, and playing Rowan Patel. The Directing Attorney will move around the frame.

This is the Cross Examination of a sympathy witness. The witness is on the far right corner, playing the Defendant Charlie Martin, the Crossing Attorney will move in and out of frame.
